CLAIMING ITEMS
Items are typically shown individually. You can pick the crystals that call to you the most! To claim an item, you must comment the exact number and letters seen on the crystal's sticker. “Claim” before the letter and number is not required. The number on the sticker will always be the price in USD. Smaller crystals, may not have stickers. Wait until the material and price of the crystal has been revealed. The correct claim that shows first on our screen, is who will get to purchase the crystal. You may show first on your screen, however, the item will go to the correct claim that shows up first on our screen.

SOS/ASSISTED CLAIMS
While this is allowed, the person the item is being claimed for MUST ALSO claim the item in the comments or it will be passed to the next person. 

BLIND CLAIMS/REQUESTS
Blind claims are not allowed. BLIND CLAIMS ARE CLAIMING WITHOUT NUMBER AND LETTER. Items will be shown one by one so claiming is fair for everyone. A person requesting to see an item will not get “first dibs” on claiming that item. 

ALL CLAIMS ARE FINAL
We do not allow put-backs or item swaps, so please be sure you are able to purchase anything and everything you claim.

GIVEAWAYS & DISCOUNTS
Giveaway prizes & discounts require an open basket (a purchase) and are to be used on the live they are won in, giveaways and discounts will not be transferred to future lives.

PURCHASING YOUR CLAIMED CRYSTALS
Itemized listings will be created for each customer within 24 hours and listed on our website reserved under your TikTok username. Claiming Stardust will post a video on TikTok mentioning you to notify you when your claims have been listed. Payments for all claims from live sales are due within 24 hours after video has been posted. Your claims will be put back and you may be banned from shopping with Claiming Stardust if you do not check out within 24 hours or you choose to cancel your basket. If you are allowed to purchase with us in the future you may be required to pay a deposit before claiming. 

DISCLAIMER
We do our best to describe and display items as accurately as possible on live video. Not every screen is the same and colors will differ slightly from what you see on your screen from time to time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Claiming Stardust does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We always strive for 5 stars and hope you love your order, but if anything about your order is less than excellent, reach out to us so we can make it right! See Shipping Policies for damaged items.

PROCESSING TIMES
Your order will typically have a processing time of 1-3 business days but can take up to 7 business days in rare circumstances. This time allows us to carefully package your order for its journey to you in the mail. 

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after it has been shipped however we cannot be held responsible for delayed packages after they have been delivered to the Post Office. Claiming Stardust does not offer local delivery or pick up.

FEES AND RATES
We ship all orders with USPS. All orders over $100 ship for free. For all orders under $100, shipping fees are automatically calculated based on weight and distance and are typically between $4-$13 for most orders. We will always try to choose the most affordable shipping option. If your shipping rate is more than $15, please contact us right away and we will do our best to find a more affordable shipping option for you. ***WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.*** 

INSURANCE & OTHER SERVICES
All packages are insured up to $100. If you would like to purchase additional insurance or signature confirmation, please add the listing from our shop to your cart before check out. 

ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need an address change, contact us BEFORE your item ships! To change your order address, please send us a message through this website with the order number, exact listing name, and new address! If the new address changes the shipping cost, we will require a payment of the difference in cost before shipment. 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Claiming Stardust has a constitutional right to refuse service to anyone.

LOST/DAMAGED ORDERSWe do our very best to protect each and every crystal from any potential damage or harm but once it is shipped it is completely out of our control. Should damage occur during transit or your package doesn't get delivered and your tracking number reflects this, please file a claim with USPS to recover the cost of your lost items.
