PROCESSING
Orders will typically have a processing time of 1-3 business days, however, it can take up to 7 business days in rare circumstances. This time allows us to carefully package your order for its journey to you in the mail.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after it has been shipped.

FEES AND RATES
We ship all orders with USPS. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on weight and distance and are typically between $5-$15 for most orders. We will always try to choose the most affordable shipping option. It can be hard to be accurate if we do not know where the order is being shipped. Most orders cost less than $15 to ship unless it is a very large/heavy order. If your shipping rate is more than $15, please contact us right away and we will do our best to find a more affordable shipping option for you. Most larger orders are between $15 and $20 to ship. ***PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.***

INSURANCE & OTHER SERVICES
All packages are insured up to $100. If you would like to purchase additional insurance or signature confirmation, please add the listing from our shop to your cart before check out.

ADDRESS CHANGES
We are always able to change your address for you if you contact us BEFORE your item ships! To change your order address, please send us a message on ETSY with the order number, exact listing name, and new address! If the new address changes the shipping cost, we will require a payment of the difference in cost before shipment.

LOCAL ORDERS
Claiming Stardust does not offer local delivery or pick up.

LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS
We do our very best to protect each and every crystal from any potential damage or harm but once it is shipped it is completely out of our control. Should damage occur during transit or your package doesn't get delivered and your tracking number reflects this, please file a claim with USPS to recover the cost of your lost items. Claiming Stardust is NOT responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen items.
